• Allow students to borrow the entire cost of their medical school or nursing school education, less other financial aid received in an accredited healthcare program.
• Borrow up to $30,000 per year and $180,000 total over four years.
• Are not based on financial need and will not be declined because the borrower or co-signer makes more than a certain amount.
• Are designed to fit each specific education need and can be used for tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, transportation and living expenses.
• Have repayment plans of up to 20 years following graduation and any applicable deferment period.

• Provide an alternative to tapping into tax-deferred savings (401Ks, etc.), taking out home equity loans, or using credit cards to pay for education.
• Have flexible loan terms that defer all loan payments until 180 days after graduation.
• Do not require any FAFSA forms to complete, so the borrower qualifies on their own credit.
• Do not have pre-payment penalties, application fees or other out-of-pocket expenses.
• Must be a resident or have gone to a Florida or Tennessee school to quality for Nursing school loans or Medical School Loans from Academic Financial Solutions.
